Our Responsibilities
The Office of the School Registrar offers a wide range of services, including:
- Student Records Management: Maintaining accurate and confidential records for all students.
- Course Registration: Assisting students with course selection and enrollment.
- Transcripts and Certifications: Issuing official transcripts and certifications of enrollment and graduation.
- Academic Calendars: Publishing important dates and deadlines for the academic year.
- Degree Audits: Reviewing and verifying students' academic progress toward degree completion.
- Transfer Credit Evaluation: Assessing and awarding credit for coursework completed at other institutions.

Admission Process
Online Process
- Step 1: Click Online Application.
- Step 2: Fill out the form and upload the necessary documents.
- Step 3: Wait for email confirmation.
- Step 4: Upon receiving confirmation, pay the enrollment fee of ₱1,000.00 at Payment Center.
- Step 5: Wait for email approval that you are officially enrolled.
On-Site Process
- Step 1: Fill out the Enrollment Form.
- Step 2: Obtain signatures from:
- Guidance Office
- School Nurse (Clinic)
- Program Head
- College Dean
- Step 3: Make payment at the Cashier.
- Step 4: Submit the Enrollment Form at the Registrar's Office.
- Step 5: Claim your voucher and ID/Validation at the Marketing Office.
